all "kids" love camp.. you just have to shower them right after!!!! actually first it was a dip in the pool where the chlorine kills the camp germs then it was the shower to kill off the pool germs.. lol how do we work in our school???!!

I'm too much of a worry wart to send Tori to camp... you know, Ali - "All those "GERMS!" LOL (Actually - never was big on camp for my KIDS either)

It's snowing again here in Pittsburgh, and the street was sheet of ice this evening. I was stuck in my driveway with half of my car still on the street, when a SUV came sliding down the hill side way!! I thought I was going to get hit! we have 2 hours delay again tomorrow.

No snow here in California. It has been beautiful for the AT&T golf tournament and the surfing competition at Mavericks. However, the waves have been so high that the beach at Carmel is gone! It was 69 degrees at the beach today, but no beach. Strange weather everywhere.

My county has closed schools for tomorrow again. Am I still considered an educator if I haven't seen the kids since Fri Feb 5? I guess I'll be making up for it by going all summer. I love a snow day every once in a while but this is getting to be a little much.

Lynda, I'll have to ask at the library. I hadn't thought about that. My computer crashed and I haven't reinstalled my creative memories Memory manager software where I rotate and crop my pictures so I was being too impulsive trying to upload my pictures from my camera onto a computer without my soft ware I'm familiar with using. Well I finally fixed my picture. I just wasn't hitting save at the bottom and that is why nothing was happening. Thanks to all who offered suggestions.

See, this site is full of good ideas! It really depends on the school, but most facilities welcome trained therapy dogs. There are several reading programs in libraries where children read to therapy dogs. Check and see, but it is a great experience for both of you to get therapy trained.
