About Me:: I am a hair stylist, been married for 2&1/2 years, love tv series, tjmaxx, and my goldendoodle Banks.

What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!: Banks is a caramel f1b standard goldendoodle. He was just born on November 22, so he will come home in January and I cannot wait!

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?: My friend has a black f1 standard goldendoodle named Maui that she loves dearly. When I heard she had 11 pups, I called my husband and we were the first to arrive, when they were just 2 days old. I wanted a golden color and my husband wanted a male. We are dog lovers and are ecstatic for Banks to come home. I have heard nothing but wonderful things about golden doodles nature. The non-shedding is totally a plus!

I kept hoping that she would start to have a bit more wave in her coat, but so far she just looks so much like a golden (which I do love). When I see your pics of Banks, I think they look a lot alike! I love the golden retriever look, I was just hoping for a non-shedder :). Cali is definitely shedding, though it's not awful. I don't think she has near the full coat a full golden retriever does, so hopefully it will be "less" shedding :). I just have been fascinated with her b/c with getting a F1b, I thought she would for sure be curly and non-shedding. The genetics are fascinating!
