- My husband and I just adopted a 9 month old Labradoodle. My profile pic is currently his "before" picture. Don't worry, he's an after now! We're working on manners, of course, but I'm in love!

- 1 white Labradoodle male, Kaiser
1 old toy poodle, Babs.
1 old Collie mix, Daisy.
9 chickens, 2 cats, and a rabbit.
- Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?
- Post collies and pugs, I'm all about smart dogs who don't shed. I love poodles, but this guy needed a good home.
- What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?
- He's still so new, it's all still fun!
- Does your doodle(s) shed?
- Nope!
- Who grooms your doodle(s)?
- This first time we had to have a vet/groomer do it because he had so many mats. In the future it will be my regular groomer down the street, Carrie.

- None yet.

Thank you so much for the comments on Toby's pictures. That was the first time we tried the dog park on the river, and only because up until that time he would not go in water. Now....we can't keep him out of the river, and boy, does he get muddy! It is much too cool now for him to get wet, so we will probably try that park again next spring when it warms up. We were quite proud of Toby in the costume parade, although it was 49 degrees and pouring down rain so not many people there. He wouldn't wear the hat, the only thing we could keep on him was the shirt. We had fun, though. How is Kaiser? He is quite the handsome guy. How old is he now?
Hi Candace, The picture you commented on was recent. His grooming was on June 8 that he was shaved to 1/4" inch. It grows back out pretty quick. He already needs another cut! I have several pictures on my page on the slideshow that show his shaggy look and his groomed look. The picture below is also from his June 8 grooming.View All Comments
