What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!: I have a labradoodle puppy, and a very old yellow lab.

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?: I love labradors, but the shedding is a problem. I first ran across labradoodles in Canada several years ago when I was exploring therapy dog work ago and became interested in them.

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?: She is just a puppy now, but fetch, and go for walks. She love to cuddle!

Who grooms your doodle(s)?: so far - me. but am looking for groomer in the area.

At 9:43am on January 17, 2011, Nancy, Ned, Clancy, and Charlie said…: Our Springer's CCL surgery was a success - it did take him at least 6 months before the doctor declared him healed. We are pretty sedentary during the school year and we should have actively walked him with increasing distances and we didn't, and there is no rehab place in our area that I could find. I will always be very concerned with him running especially because his was an injury from stepping in a gopher hole while chasing our little doodle at a dog park. My son sometimes takes him to college or when he is home - takes him to run and he does fine . I am pretty sure that he has or will have arthritis. I can certainly see why you would want to go very slowly in her rehab as she is so young.
