- Hurley: F1 Mini Goldendoodle, red in colour, born March 27, 2011. Mother is a golden retriever and father a mini poodle. At 6 months weighed 28lbs, at 2yr weighs 39lbs. Best way to describe his looks are a golden retriever looks in a mini poodle size body. Big shedder!
Oscar: F1 Standard Goldendoodle, estimated weight 40-60lbs, apricot in colour. Born May 25, 2013, mother is a blonde golden retriever, father is a red standard poodle. At 11weeks weighs 14lbs. Wavy coat.

oscar's big day

Today's a good day for Oscar, so proud of him! He slept through the night, and puts up less to no fuss when going in his crate :). He also let me know this am that he needed to go out, sat very politely by the door and waited. He also didn't care about the vacuum this am, just sat by my feet. He's so precious :)

Hi!
I use a plain wire comb + a shedding brush (the Furminator) when she's shedding seasonally. Most of the time she doesn't mat at all, so she doesn't need regular brushing.

Hi Terrlyn ~ When I found out they'd have me buy a cone (I'd do just about anything to avoid that cone thing), I went to Walmart to the kids dept. and bought a pair of children's size 2 or 3, elastic waisted pull on pants. Cut a hole for the tail and chopped the legs. I put them on him right after he peed and he bit at them a bit but soon just forgot about them. They have been the best thing to keep him from getting at the surgery area! I think he actually likes them now (l full day after surgery). I'd definitely recommend this to you...certainly worth a try for sure! Hope your surgery goes well!
