What an adventure/ordeal. First I cooked and cut a chicken tenderloin into small pieces to take along. Then combed Haley’s coat so he would look his best. After fastening him into the back seat of the car we started out. Down our road to the corner, turned on the next road – so far so good. Got to the two-lane highway and turned on to it.
