A naughty day.....

Well, at about 9:30 this morning I noticed that I had a missed call from my husband while I was at work.  He is currently unemployed, but recently had a great interview......so I excitedly listened to the voicemail thinking and hoping for the best of news about a job offer!  Boy was I way off........hubby called me to tell me that our two naughty doodles got into the seeds that my husband just planted in a planter yesterday.  He worked for a good hour planting herbs and veggies in a small seedling planter with the hope that by the time spring comes, we can transplant them outside to larger pots.  Stella and Seamus watched him carefully yesterday as he planted them.......we put them in our sunniest spot in our dining room on a raised table by the back sliding door.  My poor husband came home from food shopping today to find MUD everywhere and 2 crazed doodles "bragging" about what naughtiness they had just gotten into.  I think Stella was the culprit and Seamus later joined in when he saw how much fun his sister was having ripping apart the planter and eating dirt and seeds and all those good things........ To top it all off....when hubby threw them outside in the backyard so he could clean up the dining room, Stella and Seamus proceeded to dig a monster hole in my already muddy yard.......because they just weren't dirty enough......

Oh they are just soooooo bad lol.  They exhausted themselves with their little stunt too....they slept almost all day yesterday!

Bad but funny - on the upside your dh was the one that cleaned up the mess inside the house!  Maybe they just have a little Spring Fever and digging was the first thing that came to mind, lol.  All paws are crossed for your dh on that job!

I have had those days too. It is like they feed off each other some days :) The mud is killing me!

Well it's easy to tell what has happened here!  The doods have got SPRING FEVER!  I my go outside and dig in the mud myself - if it warms up just a bit :p

OMD, it really was a very naughty day.  Poor DH....you better check Craig's List to be sure there aren't too Doodles for sale in your area.  LOL...just kidding.  They're so cute, I'm guessing they're already forgiven.
