A New Twist in Our Puppy Saga

Like I keep saying we are so excited for this puppy.  lol  I get a call from the breeder today and she says well I have bad news and good news.  Oh boy!!  I was wondering where my pics were for this week.  She lost another puppy, the other runt.  So sad!!!  She was very upset.  She said you are number 8 and now we have 7 pups, now for the good news.  Someone dropped out of the litter I originally wanted so now I am back in.  The litter I wanted originally was from Sadie who is a Standard and pretty large and when she only had 4 pups I got moved over the Medium ones.  So I will have a choice of a Standard or a mini as of right now.  I called my hubby and he was thrilled because he wants it to be big and grow a goat t.  lol  So as far as I know I will be picking one up on July 20.  Our family needs this ball of happiness and even though I know it will be stressful when it is peeing in my home.  I am so exited!!!  We lost my grandma at the end of last year, dad announces he had cancer, my sweet dog baby Grace got diabetes and lost the battle this spring, my dad passed in June and now my step dad was in a car accident cause by him passing out and he may have a brain tumor.  Also Ping has not been well since Grace passed.  I think we all need this new dog to concentrate on.

I am sorry for all the troubles your family has had recently.  It is so hard to lose family members.  I do think a pup will help with the grieving.  Congratulations on getting the original size pup you wanted.  The peeing stage will go quickly and you will have years of non-peeing enjoyment. :-}

Thank you all for the positive and uplifting messages.  I believe to the one we get will be the perfect one for us.  My kids and I are having fun discussing names.  I has been a crazy roller coaster for us so we are gonna embrace all the good things and blessings.

Oh my gosh!  You so deserve this puppy!  I'm so sorry about the terrible times your family has had lately.  You WILL get the puppy you were meant to have.  I believe all of this craziness with the pups has been for a reason...it is leading you to the ONE.  How exciting!  Hang in there!
