Ok two days until we drive 3 hrs to get our puppy.  I made a list of boy names and girl names.  I borrowed two puppy crates, I still need to clean them.  I made a list of supplies to buy tomorrow.  The reality is starting to hit the kids now and they have talked about it all day.  I am sure they are going to drive me insane wanting to hold it on the way home but I also think they think it is gonna be this tiny little thing.  LOL  They are gonna be surprised.

Second, I am starting to gather supplies this week. My need to investigate and be ready has set in. I am borrowing a friends small crate, I have a big one already. Now what??? Its been so long. What are the best toys for chewing and puppies? What can you use that is safe on puppies for fleas and ticks?

We had a close call, we almost lost our number in the pack.  We were number 9 out of 9.  We were informed that the runt got sick and was not developing and passed away.  So sad!!!  Well another person moved to a different litter so now we are 8 of 8.  I hope they all stay healthy and growing.  We were suppose to get pics on the weekend and we have not really been getting them on time.  I know they are busy but I am checking my email all the time.  The chances are good I will get a boy.  I…

Well we signed up to receive a puppy from one dog and we were number 6 on the list but our dog just had two puppies.  Thankfully there was room on the mini and the other Medium sized doodle.  So we pick 9th out to 9 puppies. There were 4 girls and 5 boys.  We want a girl but if girls are popular that day we may end up with a boy.  They are so cute.  They are now a little over 2 weeks old.  She said some may drop out or decide to wait so if that happened we may move up on the list.…

We had the hardest time picking the momma doodle we wanted to be our doodle momma. We finally decided and I made the call. I am excited but also worrying that she (we hope) will get along fine with Ping our Boston terrier. Now we just have to wait. I am not great at that but the babies should be born on May 15. So I need to get at it. :)
