Achilles The Pick Pocket

Achilles is going through another phase of puppyhood. Things he would leave he now takes and chews. Today he grabbed my son's wallet. He had the wallet in his mouth when I noticed. Took the wallet out after some prying. My son Griffin could not find the money that was in it. Guess where it was, under his tongue! Go figure!!!!!

Well... while pooper scooping the back yard, I noticed something in the poop. After sorting and soaking in bleach, it was at least $47. We called it "Murphy money".
I no longer stuff money into my jeans pocket on our Saturday outings.

Dollars and glasses were Dalai's favorites. I guess since it got a lot of attention. The kids were worned to put their money and glasses out of reach of the doodle. So when Dalai chewed a $20 dollar bill of Dave's son who was soon graduating from college. Dalai's present at the graduation was a money card with a piece of the twenty in it.

Hopefully, the money was still spendable in spite of the doodle drool.

I had a ten dollar bill and two one dollar bills and Fudge got a hold of them and of course, chewed and ate some of the ten dollar bill. I took what was left to the bank and told the teller at the drive up that Fudge was the culprit and I brought her along in case they had to prosecute. She laughed and replaced the ten dollar bill.
