Checking in on the Doodle Family and introducing my new love bug

Hi All!

It has been awhile since I checked in on my Doodle friends and family. I hope everyone is doing great! From the pictures it still looks like you are all still having a great time with those doodles.

You were all so supportive when I lost my best friend and doodle, Teddy. But since then we have been blessed with another puppy that has touched our hearts just as much.

I know she isnt a Doodle but I wanted to tell you quickly about Sasha....our new walking, chewing and frisbee catching mess. LOL.Two days after Teddy had passed away an older lady in the neighborhood approached me about a playmate for Teddy. She had a small Lab mix puppy that needed a good home and she could not keep her. The minute my daughter saw her she fell in love....and I wasnt far behind. There was never even a moment of "wait do we really want another dog so soon?"

She will never replace our Teddy but she has already licked her way deep into out hearts!!
Keep loving those doodles and I hope you all stay happy and healthy.

Sasha is precious! She looks so much like the dog we had before we got our Doodles and had to have put down a couple of years ago - Black with the white chest and white feet. Although Sasha's front feet look like she stepped into a bucket of chocolate chip ice cream!! I know you feel she will never replace your Doodle, but I am sure she will create her own place in your heart and you will love her just as much.

Nothing can ever replace what we loose, once it's gone..it's gone...but we can always remember to open our hearts and fill voids, by doing so we give other dogs or animals homes that may not be so fortunate. I also think our passing pets would not want us to be lonely and upset over them leaving us, but rather to give a loving home to a new pet, till we get to be with them again.....

Sasha looks adorable. You are right, no dog will replace Teddy but you have all that love to give so now you can give it to Sasha.
