When we got Cooper she was a very dark chocolate
Though she always had a blonde nose
Now shes fully grown, she is changing colour, getting lighter, shes a mix of brown, light brown, blonde and grey
When we went to the vets recently, he commented on her dirty bum, proceeded to wipe it, and then commented that it actually wasnt dirty... She has a big blonde patch right under her bum hole that make it look runny pale diarrhea! (sorry for the graphic photo but its not too clear!)

What a beauty!
I love Cooper's color. I love the chocolate color. I keep all of my Doodles long haired and with that messy look. Is the les poochs brush the way to go? I use a wire brush and a comb that has a blade on it that takes ouy the mats.m They also get groomed once a month.
In the summer when she swims she will need a brush a bit more often
Amazing that once a month does it. I recently got the double wide purple brush for Calla and it does make a world of difference.
Jennifer - I brush Cooper once a month with the purple wide les poochs brush. it takes about half an hour. Thats it!
She was gorgeous as a puppy and stunning as an adult! Funny story about the vet and her bum:) Trav has changed from chocolate as a pup to almost the same color as the standing shot. Interesting how they change!
I love Cooper's color :) she is so beautiful. Oliver is solid black and around his nose and pee-pee is getting light.
I just love Cooper's coloriing -- chocolate doodles are my favorite!!
Cooper is just beautiful. Those chocolates just keep on changing and changing and getting more beautiful.
