Criminal Intent

I know this is an awful photo, but I think of it as a crime scene photo taken by a bystander.  On the counter is a plate featuring green beans and steak.  The perp is carefully planning his assault, not knowing that his actions are being observed and recorded by Mommy Eyes.

His defense:  You can't go to jail for what you're thinkin'.  The offender got neither beans nor steak, and appeared to have no remorse regarding his suspicious actions.

I love it....the perp! I think we watch the same TV shows. He is very cute, though, for a perp....LOL.

He pays VERY close attention to what goes on in the kitchen, and I often have a doodle muzzle at my elbow.  Fortunately, he's only tried the paws up on the counter a couple of times, and will go sit in the doorway if I say "out."  But he thinks 'out' is a short-term thing, so generally tries to come right back in after a couple of minutes.  :)

Jack wants to know if he can stand on Trav's back so he can  get the steak?? He doesn't mind a little jail time if it is worth it and steak is his fav!!

He sure stayed intent on that plate for a long time!  He walked away once, then came back and took up the vigil again.  If there'd been sweet potato fries up there, I don't think he could have resisted.  :)

Isn't it funny when they also rotate one eye to see what you are doing but don't think you can see them?  It's like they are invisible. This is sooo funny!
