Decorating with Sheila

Yikes. Sheila managed to stash all this stuff on her favorite blanket while I was switching out decorations from Halloween to Thanksgiving. Just one month ago while getting out Haloween decs, all she did was follow me and watch carefully, but never touching anything. Now today, DH and I have found needlepointed ornaments, leaves and other sundry items all over the house. The scary part was I never caught her or saw her. She was the quietest, sneakiest thief I've ever seen. What is happening to my innocent baby? As some of you know, she is also challenging some commands she has known for months and isn't spending all her time right next to me like she always did. Luckily she doesn't eat the finds(yet!).

This is hilarious--and what an adorable little dood! Traveler pulled a sneaky on me too. A couple of days ago I went looking around the house for him, as he's usually in the same room I'm in or up to no good. He was just standing in the middle of the dining room table! He's never gotten up on a table before. It was dark in that room, and it really startled me to find a silent dog just standing on the table. Sheeeeesh! They can always find something new to surprise you with.

Beware the little ones. I always tell my husband that our youngest son would not have survived so long were it not for his gorgeous face--so hard to reprimand him no matter his crime of the moment. Apparently, Sheila 'suffers' from the same affliction. What a doll! Dogs and children...so precious yet so mischievious. Watch out for this little one when you switch out Thanksgiving for Christmas (or Hannukah)...imagine what she might get then.

This picture is sooo cute! Look at that little face. I swear the little Doodles are the "sneaky" ones. Guinness can get in trouble and I never hear him.....I know to go looking when things are quiet.
