Doodle Day!

Yesterday I had a fabu party at my house. The doodlicious Lady Peri stopped by with her people and so did my half brother Timbow. Timbow traveled over four hours to come visit. We were supposed to all meet at the Dog Park...but alas the weather did not cooperate. My people said we will have our Doodle Day at home. For safety reasons my brother, Smudge, stayed in the bedroom. He is a really cool cat. I just didn't think he would truly enjoy himself with all the romping going on. The good news is, he didn't even get mad at me for having friends over. The three of us dogs played and played and played some more. Then we had a very special visitor stop by....Giselle stopped by to say "hi". She is a beautiful poodle...and she is related to Timbow and Me. She is our half sister. We all have the same dad! And Giselle is getting ready to be a mom!! I think that makes me an Uncle. What a day we had. Today I'm so tired I can only move my eyeballs. Thanks to all the humans that made this special day extra special. Woof! Woof!

I swear I was looking at Red Bears. These guys' coloring is spectacular. You go, Lady Peri. Poor girl, had those guys necking on her!!!

Dear Astro,
You are one lucky dood to have such nice people and a nice brother to let you have a doodle pawtee in your own home. You and your brother sure look lots alike. I have gotten to play with my sister, Ruby, and that is the mostest fun. She and I look just alike too - except she is red like you. Lady Peri is a real looker. What a fun time you all must have had.

I love this! Timbow had a great time playing with his little (but big) brother Astro and sweet Lady Peri. Peri definitely held her own, despite the first picture of Timbow gnawing on her neck, she had those boys wrapped around her paw. We cannot wait to get together again. :)

Great pics Yvonne! I can't even tell the boys apart, though I'm guessing that Astro is on the left in the last shot. Oh how I would love for all 5 of them to get together! Gus and Molly are jealous of their brothers, but are so glad that they had a great time!

What a great time you all must have had! I'm smiling just looking at these photos! Timbow and Astro certainly do look like brothers! And Lady Peri is so adorable...I'm sure she held her own with the big boys! What a cute group of DK doodles!
