Happy Anniversary, Fudge!

One year ago today, on Friday the 13th, my daughter and I picked up Fudge, our new puppy. We drove 600 miles back to PA with her and she was perfect. She still loves the car! This was one of the best decisions I ever made and came after losing two older dogs. I stated loudly many times, "NO MORE DOGS", but I couldn't stop myself from looking online for what was out there. The looking became more intense and my family was placing bets on how long it would be until we had another dog. What a difference one year makes. Fudge is still sleeping and it is almost 10 am...she needs her beauty rest, I guess. It is the favorite part of the day for my cat...Fudge is asleep.

Thank you everyone! It rained all day, so our play date got canceled. I did, however, give her some extra "treats"...her heartworm pill, her Evening Primrose gelcap, and some probiotic yogurt. Who says we don't know how to live it up in PA!

congratulations! I have been shocked at how time flies by. It seems like we just got him yesterday. At the same time, I can't imagine life without him. Dogs are amazing like that!
