Hey Jack, Murphy and I wanted to wish you a really happy birthday today! I can't believe you're SIX years old now....Mom says that's like 40 or 50 in "people years". I think that's why you're so much smarter than most of us here on DK. We're just kids....but you've "been around"...and you know "stuff". You're kind of our hero, Jack. Mom always tells us how good you are....it's "Jack does....", "Jack's such a good boy", "Jack wouldn't do that", "Why can't you be more like Jack", "I'm going to tell Jack's Mom and he won't be happy with you". In spite of all that, we still "love ya". I hope you've got something great planned for today....maybe a salmon dinner! I'm feeling a little bad that I ate all your special birthday treats, Jack. Mom was pretty upset with me. I think she did send you something else though, but you may not get it until tomorrow because you live pretty far away. What's up with that little Shih Tzu dog that's staying with you? Plus she's a girl! Plus she isn't even a Doodle! WTD! I'm not that worried about it because I know you're the "boss" and your Mom loves you the best. I hear that you're being pretty nice to her and you're even sharing your bed....that's because you're "mature". Good job, JD! So have a really great day today. You and your Mom are such a HUGE help to us. Hey, it's because of you guys that Mom gives me "home cooking"! Look at all the Doodles with allergies that you've been able to help. Wow, thanks, everybody! I didn't even see this until now! My mom hogs the computer all the time, you know! But she's in the shower now, finally getting ready to spend some time with ME!!!! We are going to a special pet supply store so I can pick out a birthday treat, and then we're going to play ball for a LONG time, she promised! And I'm getting fresh salmon for dinner (and the Shih Tzu isn't getting anything but her dog food, hahahha!)
Guinness, don't feel bad about the treats. You didn't know they were for me. It was so nice of your mom to think of me, and my mom says it's the thought that counts! Thanks to you and all my other friends here for this nice birthday greeting, I wish I could give all of you a big Doodle Kiss!
