Lilly 6 months old today 12 02 11

We made it to six months. It seems like forever till we got her and now she has big girl teeth, goes potty outside all.the.time. and knows the word NO and un un un. She can sit, down and stay..thanks to her other mother Dori of Dori and Rua.

I dont think much has changed from last month to this month other than the biting has really slowed down. Thank you baby Jesus. She know what she shouldn't have and when she is lucky enough to score a no-no she runs like the devil is chaising her- right behind my recliner because she knows it is harder to get her back there. She used to go in her bed but I could just walk over and take it away. She is behind my chair chewing like it is a new stick of bubblle gum- watching me all the time as I am saying "Drop Lilly" so I go to one  side of the chair and she to the other and back and forth until I get smart and move the chair- and she drops it like it was her idea all along. Some days it is a good thing she is so cute.

She has learned to ring the bell, then when I get up to take her outside, she runs and jumps in my chair to see what I am eating or drinking and if I am not fast, she helps her self. We are working on this.

Dori and Rua were here for Thanksgiving. It was so great to have them here and to see the two girls run and play. It makes us think of getting a sister next summer from her momma and daddy before momma is retired. I put my order in to the breeder. I figured I lived through it with Lilly, I could do it again and it would be so nice to have a playmate for Lilly.

Our house in Brownville is still not ready. Hoping to move before Christmas if all the trades are in and out on time..then we are going to vero beach for a month. this will be lilly's first long road trip.

There's one thing about Lilly -- she is one CUTE doodle!  It's just like having a toddler in the house, always busy, busy, busy!  I bet the visit from Dori and Rua was nice -- would love to see pics sometime!  Happy Holidays to you and your family too!
