Well in case you can't guess, I am the old.. Molly Rose is the new. LOL

 

Molly is doing amazing with my mom. My mom just loves and adores her. In fact apart from mentioning a few things about her new house, Molly is pretty much all my mom talks about, morning, noon and night!!!

 

I am so grateful they found each other... I however have been ousted for sure... I talk to my mom sometimes a few times a day she will call me or I will call her etc..

 

I was just informed by my mother, the one who actually gave birth to me..... That Molly is going down for a nap now and I am not to call for at least a few hours so that Molly is not disturbed!!!! LOL I kid you not. She was dead serious, and reiterated it to me that she does not want her to get upset and she will if she hears the phone ring...

 

She does not want the phone to ring and disturb her princess!! Thanks Mom, I see where your priorities are.. Just where every other doode moms are I guess.. but geeze... ..

 

I am just making a joke out of it because we all can probably relate to saying stuff silly when it comes to our dogs.. I used to be dead serious when I would talk about Jack's poop being "perfect" LOL I can't imagine how that sounded to other people.... I was just so happy he didn't have mushy poops...

 

So Molly Rose, you have won....But Just so you know when you stay at my house, My phone is not going on ringer off so you can nap!!!

You know Molly is a therapy dog.  How lucky your mom is to have a new purpose to her everyday life.  I'm sure she loves you best, though, Jennifer.  Or at least a close second. HaHa. How fun for each of you to have one also.

Oh I love that!!  I wonder if my own kids say that about me!!!!  I'm so happy for your mom and the fact that Molly Rose has been so socialized by you and Jack is an amazing gift!!!

Molly is just what my mom needed without a doubt, My mom is exercising, losing some weight just by walking her so much. We all need to feel useful and needed and Molly just loves to be attended to. My mom has a zeal for wanting to live a long time now, I have never heard her talking about living past her 70's, in fact, I have heard her constantly say that she would not.. Now I hear her saying "Molly and I are going to live a real long time" "we are going to grow old together" 

My mom has lost a lot in her life and has been though hell and back, so I am so grateful she has her. I don't want my mom to lose one more thing but if she does, she will have Molly..It brings me a lot of comfort...and makes me crack up because honestly, she really is more protective of Molly then she is of me!!!
