Sweet Gentle Cimmy

This is my husband, Dirk and our three children when we took our new golden doodle puppy, Cimmy to visit him last week. Dirk is terminally ill with brain cancer. When asked what he thinks of Cimmy, he says, "I love her." However, he doesn't like it when she likes his ears. She is very gentle with Dirk as if she knows that he is sick. It is wonderful to see.

Absolutely darling photo. Cimmy is growing so quickly. She probably licks DIrk's ears because she knows he is ill and she just wants to help - the only way dogs know how. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Hi Betsy.
Long time, no chat with! Now I know why!
The youngest 2 look so much like their father. Cimmy is so dark, how unique.
But everyone looks so happy in the photo.
