So Lynne decided to build all these boxes in the back yard.  To my delight she planted my favorite treat, bell pepper plants. Hooray.  This will make it a lot easier for me than waiting until she leaves the garden gate open.  Every morning, I make the round of  the plant boxes to check out how the peppers are doing.  Finally they reached just the right stage.  I reached in with my teeth and picked it off the bush.  Im really good at not disturbing the bush.  I picked the whole bush out of the garden one time and it just shriveled up.  I pranced to the front porch with my treat so I could eat it peace. Lynne comes out and puts her hands on her hips.  I know she likes peppers too so a graciously stood up and gave her what was left.  I'm not sure why she was shaking her head but it must have been something one of the other dogs did. I'm such a good dog, she tells me so every day. Luna

So this morning when I went to the garden there was a fence around all but one pepper plant.  There was a nice ripe pepper that I was able to pick and eat right away.  As usual I took the top to Lynne.  She told me that that was my plant and the rest were hers.  Doesn't seem quite fair but she is pretty good otherwise so I guess I will have to live with just one pepper plant.  Actually, I tried a summer squash yesterday and it was pretty good.  Maybe Ill go see if there are any ready in the garden.

Well. I don't have yummy veggie in my backyard, so I eat all of the roses off the bushes.  I love the pretty pink color!

Luna, ask Lynne to plant some zucchini and tomatoes. Those are my favorites. They are really easy to pick and they grow so easy and are so plentiful, she won't mind if you snag a few now and then. Murphy

Hi Huff here... Luna you pulled off a good caper but let me tell you what you did wrong,  first of all you should have gone for he yummier stuff like berries or fruit of some sort. Second of all you shouldn't have given it back. You should have run around to make them chase you. You have so  much lo learn (hahaha),

I love blueberries but we have to wait a couple of months yet before we get any on the bushes where I live. Owen, you must be doing something wrong, my mom picks them for me. I haven't tried green peppers yet but mom is cooking some for dinner so maybe she'll let me try them.

oh, Luna....at least you were nice enough to share your little find!!! Lola did the same with our cherry tomatoes last year, and I actually planted bell peppers this year, so I'm hoping she stays out of it!
