I'm just curious - do we have any schnoodle owners on Doodlekisses?

You know...don't recall anyone on here with a Schnoodle...except for Joy who breeds Giant Schnoodles.
i dont have a schnoodle but i do have a sheltiedoodle
Well, I looked at your pictures and guess the dog with the curly coat must be the Rocket the sheltiedoodle because the smooth looking one has a pink bow on her ear - so cute - so she must be the labradoodle. I never would have guessed the sheltiedoodle would be SO curly coated! Am I right? They are both so sweet - you are lucky to have two!
you are so right. he got a blow out on friday so now he looks like a little black marshmello. her shes a different story her hair is really short. i dont know if it ever will be longer.
I was just curious - those giant schnoodles must be huge!
My first dog as an adult was a schnoodle, but we didn't know there was a name for them back then (1977); my husband's friend had a miniature poodle who was bred to another friend's miniature schnauzer; she had five puppies, all different sizes & coat types, one looked just like a schnauzer, two like poodles. Mine was the largest, about 25 lbs, and really, really cute; black, with a poodle coat, a big plumed doodle tail, and the bearded, doodle-y looking face! She was a wonderful dog...great temperament, very easy to live with, totally non-shedding. I wish I could have her back again!
I wish I had photos that I could post on here, but they're all the old kind, way before digital cameras. I would be very interested in your puppies if you do get into breeding schnoodles. I had looked at the few I saw on line, but most of them looked like "puppy mill" operations. They all looked real small & scrawny, and very pale washed-out colors. I love the blacks & deeper grey colors. They are really ideal dogs; neither schnauzers nor poodles shed, and I don't think there are many hereditary diseases or problems that the two breeds have in common. Plus they're a great size. Mine was just a love.

This looks like an old post, but  am a new member who has a Schnoodle.

We have Joy - She breeds (or used to) Giant Schnoodles.  http://www.doodlekisses.com/profile/JoywwwGiantSchnoodlescom?xg_sou...

She hasn;t been active lately

Not to sound like Dr. Seuss but did you Google Schnoodle?  That is how I found this forum...

I don't have a schnoodle, but a neighbor does.  Her dog is simply adorable.  A little guy, doesn't shed, and is so sweet.  I actually wouldn't mind having one myself!
