Gatsby Holden. (:

I named him after The Great Gatsby, of course.  His middle name is from The Catcher in the Rye. (He's a very literary pup.  I feel like he should have one of those eye pieces like the Monopoly guy.)

Sometimes I'll switch between calling my Gatsby Holden and Gatsby Doodle.  This confuses my four-year-old cousin who has a wicked stutter.  He calls him Gatsby Dooden.

It's a wonder he isn't a confused puppy, lol.

What about your doodles?

Well....you are gonna love this one. Tangowool Lyric Contata (we call her Lyric) and Tangowool Aida Verdi (I re-named her Matilda or Mattie). My breeder is near Tanglewood, the home of the Boston Symphony Orchestra, so the pups all have musical names.
Haha! That's a mouthful, but I've always loved the idea of naming an animal based on the town it was born/from. Love the name Lyric, by the way. ;)
Just plain old Chewie although I do call him Chew Boo a lot.
Gah, I should have named Gatsby Chewie. Or Carpet, considering he likes to eat it. *eye roll*
Huff does too, you are not alone;)
We call Achilles killy, killy doodle, and Killer (believe it or not)! Oh and silly killy
Killer - LOVE IT. I love incongruous names. ;)
Achilles is one of the cutest doodles I've seen! Hope you are sending pictures for the calendar.
Shayna's full name is Shayna Punim from yiddish meaning Pretty (shayna) Face (punim). Thid id s typical yiddish term of endearment.
Aww, that's beautiful. (:
Dexter Doodle-Poodle (he is a F1B) and Kirby Setterdoodle :) I have some alternate names for Dexter when he's bad...
ALUSA'S Webber (the Webber is from the fact that I robbed my Paine Webber retirement account to buy him) and Hope Farm's Seda (Seda means silk in Spanish. Her coat felt like silk to me. I think it is really soft wool or fleece??) Half the time I call Seda "Bug". I have no idea why.
