Winter Coats for our Doods
Sheila is shivering out in the snow. She loves to run in it, but gets cold and has snowballs all over her. And she shivers on walks sometimes now. Who has some cool coat recommendations? And where did you get the coats, ideas for websites.
I'd like one that has slick material on outside and padding inside so I'm not cleaning/drying the coat all the time, too!

It isn't very thick, so if your intent is to keep your dog warm it wouldn't be the best. Personally I am more worried about snow balls attached to my doods fur. So I like how much undercarriage coverage there is on this coat. Also, it zips down the side= easier to get on.
The coat will match the polar trex boots we just got him too.

Yes, I like this. Think a sweater would fit under. It can get to be below 0 for long periods of time and we don't get the beautiful colo sun. My daughter is a vet in Denver.

DeeDee, there was a discussion started by Jodi and Stella on Nov 20, Help with Snow Clumps, you might find something useful there. This is a picture of the one I got for Quincy, it is basically a rainsuit but if you wanted something warmer you could put a sweater under it, that was you have both bases covered both for cold days and those just rainy days.

WOW! Donna! WHERE did you get this? Or did you make it???... I too hate the snow clumps that adhere to Tori's hair. This would be perfect! I'm assuming it's easy for them to run around in too??? I just have to get it... and then watch - we'll get no snow this year, but better safe than sorry!!!

That suit is awesome. I live in southern California, so I had no idea something like this was even made- even has feet - too cool. Quincy is a truly studly model, too.
