Sleeping habits

Does anyone else have a doodlebug that thinks the bed belongs to them.  She looks so at peace with her head on the pillow I hate to move her.  I tried giving her her own bed on the floor but she ate it!!!!! Twice!!!!!

Lilly is not allowed in our bed when DH is their, we have a bed on the floor for her in our room she uses. My DH gets up earlier then me and as soon as his alarm goes off and he gets up Lilly jumps right in his spot. He just says "My gosh girl can't you even wait until I go downstairs" It is so cute!! ;-)

Bandit is always in bed with us, whereever he pleases, sometimes at my feet and sometimes up on my pillow, Rosey likes to in the very early morning but most of the night she prefers her own bed.

Cooper isnt too interested in our bed. She will have a quick snuggle at first, then hop off and sleep under the bed or beside it. Good job really as with me, DH and 2 cats there isnt really much space for a 60lb dog. She will sometimes come up for a morning snuggle. During the day she will occasionally go lie on the bed - when shes super tired from a long walk or has just had a bath

Porter is on and off.  He always jumps off when my husband comes to bed, and then after DH has settled, he jumps back on.  He also requires smooth covers to jump up, will pace until you provide him a nice landing pad.  Around 4 or 5 am, he often spoons me.  That is when the house is the coldest ;-)

Monty loves the bed.  If he had access to it during the day when we work, I know he would stay there.  He starts out on the bed, leaves, comes back at least once or twice during the night.  He does cause me to whine even more during the night when I cant stretch these old limbs out.  I've been hinting and hinting that we NEED a king size bed, it hasnt worked so far, as the queen if fairly new. :(

Shoot, DH and I had to "up size" from a queen to a king so Harlow would have room to sleep in bed with us. :-D

[Leslie, Dexter & Kirby]

Dexter is royally spoiled and sleeps in our bed every night.  We start out the night and he's curled up in a nice little ball at our feet.  By the middle of the night he is usually sprawled out across our feet/legs and in the morning he crawls up between us for cuddling/begging for breakfast.  If I get up before my husband, Dex lays on my pillow.

Luckily Kirby really prefers the floor.  Occasionally he'll jump up for 5 minutes before we fall asleep but he likes to be left alone when he sleeps :)
