Spring preview from the frozen North

We are having some unseasonably warm weather up here in Eastern Ontario... and some people like it, but personally I could do with a cold snap!

 

I was wondering why Luna was taking so long outside... so I looked out to find this:

She heard me at the window and soon wanted in.  I had to make some preparations for her grand entrance so she had to wait a little bit.

As you can see, she didn't really want to wait.  To add insult to injury, I had just bathed her earlier in the day because we had been to the dog park!

We go from one thing to the next with our Doodles.  These pictures are pretty funny....although I'm betting that you're not laughing right about now.

Oh it was pretty funny ;)  She gets into mischief all the time... I just finished rescuing a Croc shoe that she snatched and ran upstairs with in the blink of an eye.  We brought her home in the Fall and she was a bit of a dig monster then... but at least the ground was relatively dry most of the time and she was MUCH smaller!

 

We are devising some strategies for keeping her out of the mud in the back yard in the Spring, but I'm thinking a hosing station might be in order :p

We are experiencing the same thing and I am already missing the cold. My yard is one big muddy mess and I can't even let them out to play or they will end up like Luna :)

Every dog I ever housetrained, I house trained in the rainy season.  I see your "pane".  Funny afterwards, not so much at the time.  It could be a long spring........but she looks so cute!!!!!
