So I'm sweeping the house...the phone rings...I stop sweeping to answer the phone.  After the phone call, I return to my sweeping and the pile of dirt I had swept up is GONE and Ginger is standing there licking her lips!!!

Ha ha ha.  What a good doggie :-)

I'll admit to using Porter as a brillo pad.  I don't give him anything charred, but he's very helpful with pans that have cooked-on meat drippings which I'd have to soak overnight otherwise.

Haha!  Saved her momma some work...good girl, Ginger.

Rosco and Boca mostly tend to walk through piles I sweep and re-distribute it all.  So Boca is usually crated or gated away from where I'm sweeping and Rosco is put in a down stay out of the way.  Otherwise, they aren't as helpful as Ginger.  Although if I'm trimming or brushing Rosco and I create a little pile of fur...Boca will vacuum that up.

Ginger, what a good girl for helping your mom clean. LOL. Darwin will sometimes try to pick out food crumbs from the pile, but I shoo him away quickly.
hahaha:) Sounds like something Huff would do!
Buddy did that to me the other day after I brushed him.  I cleaned the brush, but the little pile of hair next to me to take with me to the garbage.  As I started on Kona, I went to add some hair to the pile, it was gone, and he was chewing :)
Ewwww but so funny!  Like I said - I should have named Rooney "Hoover" since he snarfs up anything on the floor.  I don't think he has tried dirt yet - lol.
Ginger should come and help me with my floors.  I noticed tonight (gosh, it was actually light out at 7PM)  that the tile floor downstairs under the bar stools started moving when Rua ran by!  My DH vacuumed last weekend downstairs, but apparently he didn't bother with the little tile area!  Oh well...just glad he vacuums...must not sweat the little stuff.
