Going to Meet My Little Man Today for the First Time!

This afternoon I'm driving to the breeder's house to meet my puppy for the first time.  I am BEYOND excited!!!  The breeder lives about 85 miles aways and it's a perfect sunny day to take a nice drive out to Rockford, IL.  

I know that I am not going to want to leave him but he's still too little to bring home.  This is going to be SUCH  a great and happy day for me.  I can hardly wait to meet my little Bocelli man!!

Oh I am so excited for you.  Bring a towel that you can leave with the breeder to pick up momma & littermates scents so you can bring back with you when you actually get to bring him to his forever home.

How exciting...we visited Gracie Doodle very weekend until she came home with us!!!!!  It will be fun to see your photos!

Oh I remember that day well. We stayed for over an hour and a half. I just did not want to leave. Our drive was 4 hours....and well worth it. I was so excited. DH finally whispered to me, "honey they probably have things to do we should leave", I was over the top in love with her, still am. I slept most of the way home, exhausted from all the anticipation. We picked her up 5 weeks later when she was nearly 9 weeks.
