Does your doodle have webbed feet?

So, I was giving Kashi a bath a while back and noticed his webbed feet.  Now, I play with them every time I brush him.  :)   I just can't get over how much "webbing" there is.  I have heard of Labradors having webbed feet.  But not Golden Retrievers.  So, Im wondering where the webbed feet came from.  Do Standard Poodles have webbed feet?

I just thought it would be interesting to see what everyone else has.  I am going to try and get some pictures of his webbing, but no promises on that one.  ;)

Yep, all my dogs do, including the Goldens!  Poodles are water retrievers and great swimmers!

Both golden retrievers and poodles have webbed feet!! And both breeds are excellent swimmers... it's no wonder so many doodles love water :)

I cant wait till it gets warm out so Kashi can try out his webbed feet!  I'm pretty sure he's going to love the water.  Every time I give my girls a bath he watches the water flow in amazement.  And he always gets on the step and leans all the way over as far as he can to drink and look at the water.  He is amazed by it.  I can't wait till he can get in the pool.  :)

Love Paws!  On Starlit they are like deep pockets.   She could hide a fortune in those paws.  She also has a lot of trouble with getting things caught down inside or ice building up in the winter. We cut down a 50 ft.  pine tree last month and one of the reasons is to protect her paws.  It is good you like the webs and play with them.  That way you can make sure things don't get stuck in there.   Doodles do have cut feet, Huh?  :)

We have never taken Rocky swimming but he grew up going to a lakehouse with his retired owners.  SO, I have been told he loves the water.  Problem is - we don't have a lakehouse and we don't have a pool.... sooo - where does one take a dog swimming??  Any ideas on that you guys??  I'm going to check out his feet now - lol.

Yes, my Gracie Doodle is an F1 Golden Doodle and she has webbed feet.  All water dogs have webbed feet and most of them are also retrievers so it goes hand in hand...Poodle + Golden Retriever = Goldendoodle with webbed feet!!!  She swims like a champ too!

I have had a good feel of Jasper's paws and he also has webbing between his 'toes'. Maybe that's why he took to the water so well.
