** UPDATE** Terrified of the Cone - other dog

Two steps forward - one step back.

So poor Stuart went to get neutered today and I just brought him home - wearing his cone.  I thought he might be happiest in his crate in the kitchen so that he could see Rooney and I and us him.  Well he is like a drunk coming off a bender and that cone in the metal crate made an awful noise, just as Rooney had walked over to see what was going on with Stuart.  I've never seen Rooney bolt so fast with a look like the devil was after him!  He is now terrified.  So I've moved Stuart into the soft sided crate in our bedroom but now Rooney won't go any place near it.  It is kinda funny actually but I feel bad for Stuart for not feeling well and having to wear the cone and now Rooney's in a funk because he's afraid, is it time for a glass of wine yet?  LOL.

Poor Stuart! I was going to mention I saw what looked like an inflatable swim ring today in Petsmart to take the place of the cone. But the kids underwear looks much more comfortable.

Been there done that with the briefs.  The look on my son's face when he came home and saw Spud in his underwear!  But hey, better now because these were clean for once, not on the floor, or in Spud's mouth. At that age Spud loved a good underwear chew. 

What I came in here to say is boy is he cute.  His coat has changed so much.   He has the doodle look I love.  And his FEET--He has White Feet!  

Poor second child gets so many less pictures. Waaaaaa.

I know - mommy hasn't had time for too many photos between driving between the North and the South, giardia, potty training and now the neuter.  LOL.  And he has 3 white feet, the other one is cream!
