I am always surprised at how big Darwin actually is. I know he is standard but somehow in his photos, I just think smaller- I think because his face is so puppy-like. At least the humans cooperated in this photo - at my house you would get a better picture of the dogs! My kids and I do not like to have our pictures taken and the 'boys' make faces every time they think I might snap a picture of them.

It's funny because I think he does look small in some of his photos. In real life though, he looks even bigger and people always ask me if he's 80-90lbs!

Darwin says "how come everyone thinks it was him not cooperating? Maybe the humans stood in the wrong spot!" lol Besides, maybe he thinks that is his best side and wanted it to show the most in the picture.
