Jack continues on his antibiotics while we try to get to the root cause of what is making him so sick. He is being a stinker about eating, Right now the only thing he will eat is home cooked chicken, he picks the rice out.. We go back soon and hopefully we will figure out what to do to stop his urine from being so alkaline based.
Molly is a bundle of sheer joy, she is the total opposite of Jack as a puppy, but just as much of a sheer joy. She scoffs her food down in one minute, she screams like she is on fire when she has to go potty, Their is no mistaken it what so ever, when she has to go, she screams.. She is very typical female, as soon as I get her in the car, for the three mile road trip to the vet, we are not out of the development and she starts screaming in the car. I have to pull over to let her potty.. (she gets that from me I am sure)
She is sassy and spunky. Fears nothing that we have seen so far.... She yaps at Jack and will take a toy right away from him when he is not looking.. She has slept through the night the past two nights without a peep. Goes to bed at 10 wakes up at 6 am.. I know this won't last it is too soon but it was a much needed break the past two nights.
My mom is doing great with her, madly in love already
Jack prefers to be an only child and share his affection with no one. He tolerates her so far, and will play with her but if he could send her back he would.. It has only been three days so I expect it, He lets her drink out of his water bowl and they do share a little of the same toys.
We have been out in thunder storms, in the rain and nothing phases her. She weighed in today at 5 pounds 12 ounces.. Jack was not that big till he was 10 or so weeks.
I am proud of Jack he is not feeling good and he is still being a polite dog.... I will post more pictures soon as I can, she is a pistol and so much fun to watch.. Her favorite thing to do is leap on Jacks back like he is super man and she is the cape.
Pictures to come when I can. For now I will leave you with this one.

What a pretty girl and so good. Jack buddy - get feeling better soon o.k.?
Oh my word, she is SO ADORABLE!
I read on a breeder's website for Aussiedoodles about using Colloidal Silver like an antibiotic for dogs. It's natural and you can pick it up at a health food store. We adopted a beagle mix pup as a playmate for my doodle and she came to us with kennel cough and Giardia (nasty parasite to get rid of and infectious to humans). The vets (ours and the adoption place's vet) gave us 3 and 5 day pills to try and rid them of this parasite and it didn't work. I used colloidal silver on them both, 3x a day for 10 days - just like humans do for antibiotics - and they got well and stayed well. We also had to disinfect every surface in our hourse, garage and yard to kill this parasite, but it worked. Just food for thought for your sick pup.
She is adorable! I hope Jack feels better soon.
