I have been scouring the internet and I am not seeing any places that look ligit. I am also unable to open the Delta Society website. Any guidance would be appreciated.

You might try Pet Prescription Team.  Look on their website.  I don't know if they have an evaluator/trainer in your area.  I highly recommend them.
