The first round of the Satisfaction Diet is well underway and I’d like to invite a a limited number more DK members who want to lose weight to join us.
As you may know, my education and job involve nutrition and dietetics. I am a Registered Dietitian and have a certificate in Adult Weight Management. I see patients in a clinic setting and counsel them on their diet and eating habits. But I can only see so many people one-on-one in my clinic in Walla Walla. So I recently put together a weight loss solution that I will publish later (early 2012?) in a book / multimedia / support community format. This offer is for you to take part in the Satisfaction Diet entirely free of cost as an early test group.
The diet is called the Satisfaction Diet Solution. It is a "no hunger craving / no banned food / easily lose weight" diet solution. It doesn't involve any fancy or expensive supplements or anything other than natural products you can buy at your local supermarket. It works by reducing your hunger pangs and making you feel satisfied after eating fewer calories. This eating program will minimize all the reasons you ever say "I'm famished!" and will maximize all the reasons your body tells us "I'm satisfied".
I am looking for more people like you that would like to take part in this weight loss program. We already started a group from DK on August 1st and many members have been learning new ways of eating and have been doing quite well.

I received several valuable tips from other members that have also played a part in helping me lose weight and eat better. It also got me to do something I had been talking about doing for years…I actually dusted off my treadmill and started it up. The last time I set foot on it was 2006.
This spring, I was prescribed medication for high cholesterol. Since I always didn’t have high cholesterol, I knew I should be able to do something about it without having to take pills…the potential side effects alone were scary enough. Being able to have access to a Registered Dietitian, who provided me with things to avoid or reduce and identified things to eat that would help reduce my cholesterol levels has been wonderful. I can’t wait until my next check up, I know my Doctor will be happy with the results.
So, I have to say that I am quite “Satisfied” with my results so far. The bigger jeans I bought at Thanksgiving no longer fit…I can actually pull them down without unzipping or unbuttoning them and I am now able to get into a pair of jeans 2 sizes smaller!” -Dori
I’d like to open it up to more people from DK for another round starting next week. I'm looking for even more success stories--YOURS! This will be as anonymous as you want it to be. I have set up a completely separate social network (like DK) only for participants of this diet program. So there will not need to be any cross-talk here on DK. As early participants, this program will be completely free. You will receive early editions of all the material I will be presenting. The "book" won't be done when you start this program but the diet will be clearly given to you. I will be available to all participants for dietary counseling as additional questions arise.
I'm looking for people who want to lose significant weight. I want to find at least twenty people who will be committed to doing this for 90 days. Twenty people who will report their successes and failures on our private social network and who will support each other throughout. This is NOT a 90 day torture test like P-90 or something. It is a program where you will make some simple changes to your diet (and eat some natural but unusual ‘snacks’) that will naturally change how satisfied you feel and allow you to eat less with no hunger cravings.

Friends, this is a great food plan. You are not hungry. The weight comes off. It's a road map to eating more healthfully. I can't recommend it highly enough. It is changing my husband's and my lives. Go for it!

but actually, the diet doesn't stop you from eating, or drinking, the foods you want. The oil supplements reduce your cravings and make you full faster so you might find yourself craving your favourite beer a little less The program was working for me however my work life got too crazy and unpredictable so i wasn't able to stay on track with the oil supplements. You really do need to be able to commit to taking the oil on a schedule in order for it to work. when things settle down I intend to start back up.
