Labradoodle & Goldendoodle Forum

I went to the senior group but I didn't really see any old doodles on there, I know they are a newer breed but they are not that new. When I was at the dog park in Sun City I met a few doodles that were 12 years old, They were standards and looked like puppies to.

I was wondering how old the oldest doodle is on here, I think they should win a title or something. I can't join the senior group as Jack just turned two....so I can't post.. So how old is your dood and what size are they?

Glad you didn't ask who the oldest doodler was. :>)
LOL I wouldn't do that... Though I would venture to bet my mom will come close, since she is turning 70 this August and getting her first ever puppy the same time.... We will raise her puppy together but it will be her's and live with her after I am done training her...
Funny Donna!!!!!!!!!
We had a customer last year that had a labradoodle who lived to be " 15"...it was a result from an accidental breeding before there was a word Labradoodle..It was an F1 gen. and was such a "wonderful" dog thoughout her life, she wanted to get another. So they do live a long time. Thank God..we cant imagine ever having to say good bye to Kelsey..or any of our babies..
AMEN to that!

Boomer turned 6 last week.

His older "brother" Sully turned 7 about a month ago.

Sully is Ann's doodle that has won many agility titles and survived an aggressive cancer.

I think that the 6 and 7 year old doodles are the "senior" doodles.

Traveler is two years old today!  Time sure does fly.  He is 52 lbs., and is a small standard labradoodle.
