Labradoodle & Goldendoodle Forum
Hurley, his parents, the veterinarian, and the board of the Doodle Messenger would like to thank the anonymous donor who made a $1,000 donation to the account for Hurley's surgery.
This is the largest single donation made to one of the Messenger's sick doodles, and a milestone in the growth of our program.
To that kind person...and all of the donors no matter the amount, your doodle wings bring us joy and warmth.
Thank you.
Hurley is only $100 short of the amount he needs for the surgery, and his vet says the infection is gone and the surgery can be scheduled soon!
Doodle owners and doodle lovers rock!!!!

Fantastic. Thank goodness for Doodle Messenger. Go Hurley Go!
Just brought tears to my eyes reading about the generousity of everyone who has helped out. So glad Hurley is going to have his surgery soon!
Wow - sometimes when life just seems so crazy - when things seem so out of control - something like this happens and it proves to me that there are still wonderful, caring people in the world. Thank you Doodle Messenger for all that you do, and Regina - you fought for Hurley - just what any good doodle mom should do - so proud of you too!
Congratulations Regina. You did a great job of helping Hurley. I can't wait to see Hurley post surgery. What a story he will have to tell all his doggy friends once he can see them again.
One of my favorite of all times, life changing books was "Don't Sweat The Small Stuff, And It's All Small Stuff". One of the chapters in the books is about "Do Something Nice For Someone And Don't Tell Anyone About It". This is a wonderful example of that chapter of the book. To whomever you are, thank you so much for helping Hurley! May your kindness come back to you again and again!
What great news....Doodle lovers are just amazing.
This is wonderful news, simply wonderful.
Wow, how generous! Im so happy Hurley can have his surgery and his family are getting the support they need here at DK and the Doodle messenger
EDIT I just read the other posts. May second - thats so much sooner than was thought for the surgery. All this positive thinking must be helping him heal quickly :)
