Lucy's New Ride!

Lucy is nearing the end of her first six weeks of crate confinement since her surgery.  You may remember seeing the photo of the wagon ride that we attempted to get her out of the house.  She did ok for a little while but soon decided she would like to jump out.  So we checked out ebay to see what we could find that might work and this is what we found.  It has taken a few days of some small short rides to get her used to it and decide that getting to go this way was better than not getting to go at all.  Finally today we were able to get her out for 2 fairly long walks/rides.  She goes back to the Vet on the 5th and hopefully will get permission to do some short walks so between the two hopefully we will be able to get her through the next 6-7 weeks.  She is getting really tired of her crate and wants us to just sit on the floor with her all the time. Hopefully in the end it is all going to  be worth it and she will be good as new!
