Labradoodle & Goldendoodle Forum

If you get a goldendoodle mixed with a poodle, the puppy will potentially have 3/4 poodle traits. Two goldendoodles create an F2 goldendoodle.
I am pupsitting a mini right now that is a cross of a Labradoodle and a mini-poodle--that is called an F1b, I believe--she is adorable, sweet, smart and did I say adorable? She isn't very curly, so she doesn't show the 3/4 poodle traits in her coat at least.
No guarantees though--you just have to take a good hard look at the parents and their histories (temperament and health) and they go with your gut.
This is the pup I am watching--Tango Wool's "Madrigal Moment"--she is three months old and will weigh about 20 pounds.
What a cutie!
THAT IS THE CUTEST PUPPY!!!!
What characteristics are you looking for and which parent combo matches what you want?
There is a section on this site entitled what to look for in a breeder--study it!! There is also a place where breeders are recommended....look under the heading of HELP at the top of the page....

Hi Joe. I just sent you a personal message, but ran out of room before I could continue. If you accept my friend request, I'll finish. Laurie
:) Yay! F1B's how exciting!
It is so difficult to deceide even before you see a puppy. Both my doodles are FB2 (i think), fathers were standard poodles and mothers were doodles. My Sasha is a golden doodle and she is very poodley, Oliver is my Labradoodle and he is curly but not as poodley as Sasha.
