Meet Beau Doodle!

Just a quick announcement to tell my DK friends that Charlie Brown's little brother arrived four days ago!  He is 10 weeks old and his daddy Puppy Love's Valentine is also Charlie's dad, but they have different mothers.  Charlie is adjusting well to the new arrival, but I am feeling a little overwhelmed as I have never had two dogs at one time.  So overwhelmed, that I did not notice I became a Hopeless Doodle Addict sometime between last thurs and today!  Woo Hoo!

I love having two doodles, but my husband says that two is more than twice as much as one.  Enjoy!  Take lots of photos and post some as we love to share doodledom.

I love having two, now. But it did take me a really long time to get there. And I think it was me who would have said "two is more than twice as much as one". But Bella was like having six dogs sometimes. Now that she is two years old, she has calmed down. They do play really nicely together and always have. Some days that is all the exercise they get, so it helps me not feel too guilty on days we don't go for long walks. And yes, training is fast with the second, or it was with her.

Oh Linda... Beau is absolutely ADORABLE !!!  I know he and Charlie Brown are going to be the best of buds.   I got my Oliver when Sasha was 10 months old.  I was always a 2 dog house hold so it is second nature to me.  You will do just fine, once you get into a routine of what works for you and those two beautiful boys :)     Hopefully Beau will just follow Charlie Brown and it will be easy  That is what Ollie did... he just went with the flow and followed Sasha around and they played with each other constantly until they were totally exhaused.  You will love having too doodles.. its  the BEST !!!  :)

Barbara ~ thank you for the much needed words of encouragement.  Beau wants to follow Charlie too and Charlie is ok with it as long as he is not doing that nippy puppy thing!  We picked up Beau 1 week ago today and it is getting easier by the day.
