Wow, life has been so super busy lately, with getting used to Teddy being in our house, to my work thing that no one seems to be interested in, to my husbands working ALL THE TIME.

Teddy has been with us for a month and a half now, and he's such a part of our daily life that it seems like he's never NOT been a part of it.

He's still sooo small and I love it. When we got him, he ended up being 16lbs and now he's 21lbs. He hasn't gotten any taller and it's going to be interesting to see how he grows.

We are taking him and Molly home with us for Thanksgiving, first long car ride with him, longer than the almost hour from where we met the breeder. He's going into the vet on Tuesday to get Neutered before we go home, because this is the only time we really have to get it done before the beginning of next year. So it's going to be interesting having him recovering from surgery while we are going home to my parents and in laws but we can do it. Anyone with some advice on that as we've never had a boy dog recovering from that surgery. I will take any info you guys can give me!

Other than that here's some pictures. PICTURES!!

A very cute little guy!! Love the bath picture! From what I have read here on DK, the biggest trick after neutering is keeping him quiet and calm --the pup usually feels fine and wants to run and play! Good luck and have a great Holiday!

The first picture looks like Teddy is smiling.

Awwww. he's the cutest!

What an adorable guy and great pictures.

He is so cute, love his coloring! Have a great trip!

Such a cutie!  Hope the trip and surgery go well.

Have a very Happy Thanksgiving... family and doodles, so much to be thankful for. ;o) Hoping Teddy manages his neuter well. My guys were fine after a day or so.

Clearly a love bug....great photos.

How cute!!  You might actually be lucky with the timing of this.  When you are in the car he won't be able to run and play and if you are at an unfamiliar house you might want to keep him on a leash anyway since he is still a puppy and I assume working on house breaking.

Teddy is so cute! And it seems like you timed his surgery right since you can monitor him, just make sure you have an emergency vet contact just in case something goes awry. Make sure he has a comfy bed or crate in the car as he may not be feeling well and don't let him jump in and out of the car after his surgery. Hope you have a wonderful holiday with your dodos! Keep us posted!

Precious, precious, precious.....  We had Ned neutered and went on vacation with him in our RV.  He was about 4 months old and had absolutely no problems.
