Ready or not...

Prepared or not prepared, I am once again the puppy mom to a new doodle. He's been keeping me very very busy (by that I mean sleep-deprived!) and I haven't had a chance to share his photos. I picked him up last Sunday. I forgot how much work a new puppy is- can't take my eye off the little guy! I mistakenly keep calling him Riley- I hope I stop doing that soon, it makes me sad. This little man is a little shy but a very good cuddler. If I could only figure out how to keep him out of my flowers.... :-)

Thanks! I was told probably 60-70 lbs. I was told 50 with my last one and he was 80# so I guess I'll wait and see :-)

YAY!!!! What a happy baby Benny! So cute. I'm so happy for you. As for calling him Riley, I still sometimes call Goldie Sway and Sway passed away 3 years ago. Now when I do it though it makes me smile because it makes me think of her when I otherwise might not have been.

Oh my doodle goodness, he is adorable! So happy that you have a new little guy in your life! The name calling problem will eventually resolve itself. We are so confused around here we called every name in the book before we get it right. I look forward to watching him grow up. Here's to many happy healthy years together!

Benny is just darling. You might want to add him to your profile name. I still call my boys (human children) by each other's names - I finally resort to things like, "You know who I am talking to...." " Or you know who you are..." Benny will grow up being Benny Riley and that will be fine with him.
