We picked up Groucho's ashes yesterday and this veterinary hospital is so great.  They also did Hondo's cremation.  I added some photos to my prior message, but they did not go onto my page.  I will try again.  Joanne, I am just such a loser when it comes to posting on this website.  You wouldn't believe that I have had many computer classes.  But, I am getting a little better.

Lynda those are beautiful memorials. I feel so sorry for your loss. My father retired last year and this is the first winter they went from Wisconsin to Florida. He called me last night to tell me his golden retriever passed away Friday morning. He found her sleeping on her favorite rug when he woke up. Hearing his voice and telling me it's the hardest thing to do is to make that trip to the vet got me thinking so much. They had quite a few dogs in their lives, but Jessie wad his buddy. Her health was failing, but they hoped she would make it back home in April-this is the first they had cremated she went for her last walk on Thursday with him, if only he knew it wad the last.. My heart breaks for them and you. I don't know how I will ever get through it when one of mine goes.
Thinking of Harpo and hoping things will be ok soon for your family.

We all will be fine.  Harpo has plenty of company - some of his favorite dogs for companions.  I really like pet cremation.  I'll try to attach the certificate that the crematorium gave to us.  We had both our dogs cremated there and they work so well with our pet hospital.

Lynda, so sorry of the loss of Groucho. Makes me teary seeing your memorial to him, yet it is very sweet.

We were in a Lowes today with Yogi and we stopped and talked to a couple for a little while when they saw our puppy.
The woman said they would never have another dog because they lost one a year ago and it still hurts like it was yesterday.

I agree it hurts to lose something so dear to us, but then I think of all the wonderful times shared, and I know Groucho's life was blessed by having you :-)
