Changing profile photo

Hopefully, someone can help me. I've been trying (unsuccessfully) for some time to change my profile picture but have been unable to.  I've gone through past discussions and tried everything suggested, but nothing works.  The picture I'd like to use is saved to my computer as JPG and I have no problem viewing it - I just get an error message whenI try to upload it.  Any suggestions?  Thanks!

For me, there is nothing to save. It just acts like its loading and then...nothing. The picture never shows up for me to crop or save or anything at all.

Using the email won't work for your profile pic but it will work if you have trouble uploading photos to your page.  What you're experiencing is what happened to me before when I tried to change my profile pic but today it worked for some unknown reason. I'm using the same browser now that I was using all along so I have no explanation for why this is happening.

I did it!  Changing the browser worked.  Thank you so much!!  Now I just have to learn how to take a decent picture!

I've been trying to change my profile pic and it isn't working. I've tried taking photo no go. Any suggestions? We don't actually use computer bc of tablets and phones, its android.

I have a mac, and I just kept on trying.  After several weeks of trying, I finally was able to get it to go; I'm not sure what I did.
