Toy chew question...

Is this a safe chew toy?

I think that would be fine.  With all toys, I watch Ludo with them to check for wear and tear.  Ludo has a rope like this and has had it since he was a puppy, but recently he has started fraying it and I watch him more closely-- I don't like him swallowing fuzz or strings or fabric if I can help it. Just keep an eye out :)

I was told no rope toys because they could possibly ingest strings. But probably fine under constant supervision.

Bailey has a thick rope that she loves to gnaw on but I only let her chew on it while I am sitting with her. When it gets too frayed, I get a new one. I try to find the plain white ones with no dye. It has been great for her teeth!

Oh, I like that one! Thats different from other rope toys that look like string. That one looks sort of like a thicker shoelace. Like the others have mentioned, just make sure you watch your pup so that he isn't chewing and swallowing but that is true with any of their toys.
