45# -50# doodle

Hi. Does anyone have a pic of of there doodle weighing around 45-50#. I would like to see how big of a dog that is, b/c the breeder thought my dog would be that size.

She is about 43# here, and now is between 50-55#.

Penny's been at 50 pounds for the last 3 years. I think it's the perfect size. Her mom was a 45 pound golden and her dad a 60ish pound poodle.

Our later pictures show Thomas at 45 lbs. Problem is, he was only 4 1/2 months old in them!!! Our breeder told us he would be between 50-60lbs at full growth. I DON"T THINK SO!! Probably more like 80 pls. LOL

Kensi is a little over 8mo old and is 45ish pounds. You can check out my profile for some pics and recent video of her to check out her size. Mind you she has not been groomed and her hair is very fluffy so she looks bigger in my opinion.

Kensi is very cute. She is a nice size dog. Macy is the same way, she looks so tiny when you get her in the tub. They are just big poof balls.

Nikki, I wondered how big my puppy would get as well so I know exactly what you are trying to visualize. This photo was taken last December when Murphy was 14 months old. He weighed 51 lbs. He looks bigger because he has so much hair. He has more of the retriever build. He is husky and has short legs. He looks like he has a big head but there isn't much to him when he is wet. He likes to sit in my lap and cuddle and I really don't think he is too big for that. I also attached my growth chart. I think you will find this interesting. I weighed Murphy almost every Wednesday up until he started to slow in growth. He didn't gain much weight after he was 10 months old. He was at the vet yesterday and he weighed 53 lbs. Thanks for the pic adn the growth chart. I started keeping one. It is very interesting to see how much they gain each week. I think Macy is going to be built more like a retriever also. Her legs seem short to me. We will see.
