He is our hopeful stud puppy from our most recent litter. He needs a Noble name and one that is studdley too. I like food (desserts but nothing girly)and terms of endearment. Prefer non common names.
Also he is red not brown... that might help
NEW QUESTION
as customers, dog shoppers and buyers would you be offended by the names
Well this isn't a dessert but it is food related. How about "nacho"-I think it means "fire" in latin. "Cheyenne" is an Indian word for red. Chianti-red wine of course. Ridley- this means red meadow.
My favorite unusual doodle name is BERNINI, nini for short. How about Bogle, that's my fav. wine....!!! BTW, gonna go get a glass right now., see ya. I personally wouldn't use 2 names but I know some owners do. But nothing offensive in what you suggested.
He's a beauty! Love to get one of his pups...What about Broulee (spelling??) As in Creme Broulee?? Yummy - with a hint of toasted caramel - looks like the color of his hair. King David supposedly had red hair... what about Lancelot (lance for short???) :O)
Good Luck... sometimes I think naming a dog is as hard as naming a child. We went 2 days without a name for our girl. We got it down to two, wrote them on two pieces of paper called her ( with 'come-on puppy") and actually tallied how many times she picked a certain name, and the rest as they say is history. We wanted to go with australian names, since she was half "aussie". Tori is an aboriginae word for elegant!. We think it truly suits her fine! LOL ~ Shelly
Thanks! Here in New York.. it works two ways... some people think we named her after the "great" Joe Torre - Yankees ex-manager. I let them think that if they want. Hey... it's better than FENWAY!!! LOL (only kidding... I know there's a few Boston fans with dogs named "FENWAY"! Including my sister's dog! Just had to get that "rib" in there! LOL
I wouldn't be offended by the liqueur names. They are very regal and studly sounding. I also like Kahlua, or King Kahlua. Sorry for Brownie (my childhood dog's name) - on my monitor he looks chocolate, not red.
ROFLMBO- Brownie... : ) I like the name it is just really common : ) I love Kahlua too, it is on my Favs List.
He is a true red and will not fade to apricot. True reds are this dark almost brown color. Then you have the true chocolates who are almost a red brown.
