- About Me:
- My husband and I live in Henderson (Las Vegas) NV, and got our 1st Goldendoodle, our little girl Sept 5th, 2011, at 7 weeks old, and fell in love, and now, 8/20/12 we added another Doodle to our family. A little boy from the same parents as our Chloe. So its her brother.
Now all my friends call me the "Crazy dog lady"!

- Chloe & Finley Hobbs are F1B English Goldendoodles. Their mother is an F1B goldendoodle & the sire is 100% English Cream Golden Retriever. They are full brother & sister, just a litter (11 months) apart, and came from a wonderful breeder in Utah.
We also have a 3 year old English Golden Retriever named Bentley. He loves his Doodle siblings!

- We love our Golden & Labs, but hate the shedding..
We fell in love with the looks of the GD, and love their temperament and personality!

- Going on walks, Dog Parks to play, hiking, swimming, boating. Snuggling!

Anyone else have a "Loves to be outside, more than inside" Doodle.?

Our little Chloe has been a very independant doodle ever since we brought her home..way more than our other dogs (Goldens & Labs) have ever been. She absolutely loves to be outside, and chooses to play & sleep outside a good part of the time, except at bedtime, when she stays behind a "doggy gate" in her bed in our master bath. I have to make her come in to get her in bed.
Now let me explain.. We live in Las Vegas, and have a fenced back yard which has nothing but landscape…

Hello! I was wondering which breeder you got you furbabies from? They are beautiful and although I am a ways away from a second doodle, I would love my next one to be a giant like your Finley! TIA!
You have such beautiful doodles! I would love to adopt another one so that Sophie could have a sibling but we are bound to apartment living for at least a couple of years so it'll have to wait :) We got Sophie from a breeder near Phoenix called 'Gaus Hof Kennel'
You had asked for an update on Harley and his recovery from his ruptured disk and surgery. After 8 1/2 weeks, he finally is up and about! Yeah! He has been literally lying around for the 8 1/2 weeks, not doing anything at all except to get up to eat and go outside for potty breaks. FINALLY he is making his recovery! Doctor looked at him yesterday and said all looks well. Now it's just slowly recovering his strength and mobility. Hiked for about a mile and a half today on the trails, and all went well. Hopefully it won't be long and we'll be running again! Thanks for your concern!
Thanks for the welcome. Unfortunately we are going through a rough time right now. Harley has ruptured a disk, and is not recovering well from surgery. Next week will be critical. Hopefully we will find the way out of all of this.

Thanks for the welcome. We live just outside Henderson so maybe when Abby is older I will take her out to play on your group's playdates. I got Abby from Lisa Puckett of Sunshine Doodles here in town. I was very pleased. :)

We got cooper at a no kill shelter in wi. North of Wi. Basically she breeds doodles to support the shelter. WE found her on puppyfind .com. Hope to see you soon.

Yes we were at the bark park on saturday. I'm usually there every day around 9am. We just showed up and all the sudden there were a bunch of doodles. New to the area but we will definately be attending the next event.
