i have those same sprinkle capsules. Mila does get wet food -well brand.
However I have mixed the powder and put it in the middle of a bit of cream cheese or peanut butter which she will gladly google up"

I envy you, 3 years old lol. We are in the midst of the puppy challenge...a lot of work, a lot of time spent. I know its worth it in the end. I am not used to the shedding....does Mila shed? She started around the 3 month mark, really bad. Its a bit better, but wow - we could have got a golden retriever!!
