Thank you again! I'm trying to stay calm, but Camus has been throwing up non-stop since 5:30 PM

I am trying to stay calm, but am really worried.  I have never experienced anything like this before.  Camus started throwing up at 5:30 PM today, and it has not stopped.  I stopped counting at 25.  I am going to take him to the vet first thing tomorrow morning, but is there anything I can do to help him tonight?

UPDATE:

Doodle Kisses Rocks! -- Thank you everyone!!

Even though Camus is sick, considering the possibilities I think I got the best possible news.  I was just given the results of all of the testing done on Camus and the diagnosis of Gastritis.  The vet told me Camus' stomach lining is thickened, which meant he has been having problems for some time.  This makes perfect sense since I knew he had a sensitive digestive system, which is why I gave him pumpkin and yogurt (both of which he has recently refused to eat).  And, since he will no longer eat yogurt or pumpkin he has a lot of gas.  He was dehydrated, so electrolytes and potassium levels are off and he has slightly elevated pancreatic and liver enzymes.  His other blood work looked good, no sign of infection and the x-rays showed no obstructions.  He has been given fluids and anti-emetics.

He will be monitored and follow up testing will be done.  His diet will be bland for a few days, cottage cheese, potatoes (he does not tolerate rice very well), and chicken, or I can soak his kibble in water for 15 minutes.  I also need to feed him 4x daily instead of twice. Poor Camus just started playing after 9 weeks of recuperating from a fractured paw bone and now this.  I think in addition to his new few, I'll pick up a new toy as well.

Thank you again!  I really appreciate everyone's concern. Camus is home and resting peacefully.

Did something different happen today with Camus?  Any meds given?  Is he still drinking?

Everything was the same as usual and he was fine until 5:30 pm.  He cannot keep water down, so I picked his water bowl up, but I am not even sure if I should have done that.  He just keeps throwing up every 10 - 15 minutes.
There is something not 'just normal' vomiting about this.  I would call the emergency vet.

Christine, Camus needs to get to the vet tonight.  It isn't normal for a dog to vomit like this.  Does Camus act like something is caught in his throat?  Frequent vomiting is considered an emergency due to the drastic way vomiting dehydrates.

You need to take him ASAP. He could have bloat, which is how we lost our last dog. Please take him now!
Christine, I agree with Bodie Bear it may be bloat.  If it is Camus may not make it through the night.  I know that is not what you want to hear, but it is possible.  Please take him tonight.  Keeping Camus in my prayers.
How is Camus doing?  Did you get him to the emergency vet last night?
Oh no, please let us know when you find anything out.
So hoping that this morning brings better news.  Know we are thinking about you and waiting on an update.  Hugs to you both.
I know that it is hard not to panic but you have to try to be calm.  I'm hoping that you took him in last night to the E.R.  There is always the the chance of bloat or perhaps an obstruction from something he ate.  Please give us an update asap, we are saying our prayers!
Christine, how is Camus? did you take him to the vet? I really hope he is ok!!!
Thinking of you and Camus.  I hope everything is okay.
