Hi Karin 

Congratulations on getting your new pup. Our Toby is a Tula/Micah pup born on March 4, 2008. He is 45 lbs. We were 8 on the list.  When we got Toby, appointments were made throughout the day. Looking forward to seeing pictures and hearing all about your pup.

Can anyone tell me how the choosing and pick-up process goes at Almond Blossom? I'm 7th on the list for 7 puppies, so the last puppy standing will be mine. Do people have appointments thru the day, or is everyone there at once? How does it work? Also, I'd love to know the adult sizes of pups from Tula and Micah.

Thanks again to everyone for the welcome and support! It's been thirteen years since I've had a puppy, but I'm ready. My husband and I both work from home so we'll try to stay on top of things. Kaya, our Golden, was a very easy dog to train and has always been naturally well behaved. We're hoping the pup will use her as a roll model!

Yes, Barstow is pretty far from here! I'm on the coast, half way between LA & SF. I just posted the first puppy photo and am eagerly awaiting new pics! Six weeks to go!

Hi Karin.  Welcome!!!  I have a puppy, the Dude, from Estee and Casey.  He is Izzy's brother.  I love him sooooo much!!!  I've lost sleep but it's worth it.  Keep us posted on your litter.  Kristi

Welcome to the group. Kia (Lucca's sister) is from Tula/Micah. She is a wonderful edition to our family. Very affectionate, smart, loyal and adorable like all her siblings and cousins.

Hi Karin...welcome. Lucca (Toby's brother) is 2 years old. We also have their cousin, Izzy who is almost 4 months old. Lucca is an an incredible dog and turning out to be a wonderful big brother. I think Joanie (Kashmir from Tula/Micah)) is in Barstow which I believe is close to you.

We also had a Golden Retriever and when she passed we got Lucca for the same reasons..smaller and no shed. Loved him so much we decided to get another one:) So now we are going through puppyhood again...it's fun but also a lot of work but...well worth it!!!
